Solution Engineer – Data Implementation

About the role

As a Solution Engineer at Carbmee, you will lead the technical implementation of customer data onto our AI‑driven carbon management platform. You will work closely with enterprise clients to integrate ERP data, ensure data quality, and guide them through a seamless onboarding journey.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end implementation process, from onboarding to data integration.
• Analyze ERP data, identify gaps, and design technical solutions to close them.
• Perform data transformations, imports, and configure initial datasets in the Carbmee EIS software.
• Develop and maintain structured project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies.
• Build and use scripts or tools required for data preprocessing, feedback, and custom tasks.
• Provide hands‑on technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth platform adoption.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously optimise implementation workflows.
• Communicate data tool requirements to Data Engineers to secure appropriate resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in software engineering, data analysis, or technical project management.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to balance implementation, integration, data management and project coordination.
• Excellent communication skills to work with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving customer needs.
