Sourcing Manager

About the role

The Sourcing Manager will drive sourcing strategies and lead supplier evaluations to support Greif’s global packaging operations. You will manage end‑to‑end sourcing events, negotiate commercial terms and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to achieve cost savings and mitigate supply risk.
• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle including supplier evaluation, negotiation, contract preparation and performance monitoring.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform sourcing recommendations.
• Lead procurement‑related projects, define scope, manage timelines, coordinate cross‑functional teams and report progress.
• Negotiate high‑impact global sourcing events and secure competitive commercial terms.
• Maintain supplier relationships, track KPIs and support quarterly business reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, Business or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in sourcing or procurement (Capex, MRO, Opex).
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Proven experience with sourcing processes, cost analysis and contract management.
