Sourcing & Supply Specialist – Logistics & Procurement

About the role

The Supply & Sourcing Logistics Specialist ensures smooth execution of inbound logistics, warehouse services, copacking and customs compliance while driving continuous improvement. You will use data‑driven insights to optimise supplier performance and logistics KPIs for a global premium spirits brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound flows and inventory control, including SAP inventory processing and regular stock reconciliations.
• Analyse operational performance quantitatively and qualitatively, and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects focused on customer needs.
• Maintain and enhance logistics KPI reporting and support contract negotiations with logistics service providers.
• Coordinate copacking activities and manage claims settlement in line with ADSp procedures.
• Collaborate with external logistics providers and act as the primary contact for customs authorities, handling documentation and excise tax matters.

Required profile

• Completed studies in logistics or commercial education with additional training (e.g., Fachwirt Güterverkehr und Logistik or Logistiksysteme).
• Minimum three years of professional logistics experience.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Independent, reliable, customer‑oriented with strong problem‑solving attitude.
• High attention to detail, proactive initiative and an international, cross‑cultural mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP.
