Spanish Copywriter – eCommerce & Fashion

About the role

BESTSECRET is looking for a native‑Spanish copywriter to lead the content preparation and launch of its Spanish market. You will work within the Brand Marketing team to ensure all Spanish copy, processes and workflows are ready for a smooth go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end project management for Spanish copy workflows, meeting timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Own the translation process: receive requests, assign tasks, track progress and communicate updates.
• Create and translate on‑brand texts for newsletters, push notifications, organic and paid social media.
• Proofread all Spanish content, guaranteeing flawless grammar, clarity and stylistic consistency.
• Oversee quality‑assurance for Spanish texts across website, app and marketing channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Maintain the brand’s tone of voice across every touchpoint and contribute to team KPIs and overall marketing goals.
• Continuously improve processes, increase efficiency and uphold the highest content‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker with business‑level English proficiency (additional German or another European language is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Spanish copywriter in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment; fashion marketing experience is advantageous.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills, able to align expectations across multiple teams.
• Experience launching or supporting the launch of a new market is a strong advantage.
