Special Services Agent – Airport Customer Service

About the role

LATAM is seeking a Special Services Agent to join its Preferred Services – Airports team in Frankfurt. The role focuses on delivering a seamless, personalized journey for passengers requiring special assistance, ensuring they stay connected to the world with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face assistance to Special Services passengers throughout all stages of their airport experience.
• Maintain a high‑quality, end‑to‑end passenger experience by delivering personalized service.
• Anticipate, manage, and resolve operational contingencies and service disruptions promptly.
• Support passengers during critical airport processes to guarantee smooth travel.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service or the airport industry.
• Previous experience working in an airport environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• SABRE reservation system (preferred).
