Specialist Quality & EHS

About the role

Coloplast Distribution GmbH is looking for an experienced Specialist Quality & EHS to develop, implement and improve the QEHS management system at its Hamburg distribution centre. The role is part of the global Quality & EHS team and reports to the Head of Quality & EHS Distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for EHS, supporting internal and external audits (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 13485) and promoting a strong safety culture.
• Contribute to network and governance initiatives, including KPI reporting and strengthening EHS structures.
• Develop, deliver and monitor Quality & EHS training programmes as the local process owner.
• Oversee incident review processes, ensuring thorough root‑cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Lead and support Quality & EHS projects and operational initiatives within the lifecycle management of distribution centres.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Logistics, Engineering or related field with hands‑on audit and compliance experience under ISO standards.
• Structured approach to governance, training and reporting, with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 30 days per year.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
