Staff Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Technical Recruiter to join a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization based in Germany. Working in a remote‑first environment, you will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract top technical talent across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process for technical positions, from role definition to offer negotiation and hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies and advise on talent market trends.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and candidate engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience across multiple time zones, coordinating interviews and communications.
• Design scalable recruiting processes, enhance employer branding, and implement effective recruiting tools and systems.
• Use recruiting data, metrics, and feedback to continuously improve talent acquisition performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador of company culture, identifying candidates who align with organizational values.
• Collaborate with the broader People team on talent‑related initiatives and growth projects.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in fast‑growing tech companies or startups.
• Proven success hiring highly specialized technical talent such as engineers, machine‑learning experts, or other hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Strong experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes and partnering with hiring managers on strategic decisions.
• Ability to build scalable recruiting systems, optimize hiring workflows, and leverage recruitment technologies.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries within remote, international organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use recruitment metrics and data to improve hiring outcomes.
