About the role

Wolt Market is expanding its grocery delivery service across Germany. As a Store Manager in Berlin you will lead a fast‑moving store that fulfills customer orders and ensures the highest level of service and speed.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 2‑4 Shift Leads, providing coaching and tools needed to run the store efficiently.
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring orders are prepared, packed and dispatched on time.
Maintain a customer‑oriented mindset, continuously improving product selection and delivery experience.
Monitor performance metrics, manage inventory and coordinate with logistics to meet delivery promises.
Foster a fun, collaborative work environment while meeting Wolt’s leadership values.

Required profile

Proven experience in retail or grocery store management.
Strong team‑leadership skills with a track record of coaching staff.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Customer‑focused attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
