Store Manager (Filialleiter) – Retail Leadership

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead its Weiterstadt LOOPS‑Center location. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for daily store operations, team performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profit and loss targets by identifying and acting on sales opportunities.
• Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Control costs, oversee stock management, payroll, administration and staff rotas.
• Monitor KPIs, generate reports and communicate action plans to the District Manager.
• Analyse commercial data and implement actions to meet performance goals.
• Conduct team trainings, share product knowledge and recruit high‑calibre staff.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven experience managing retail teams and developing talent.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and controlling costs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of HR policies and store‑level administrative duties.
