Strategic Partnership Consultant & AI Trainer (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced strategic partnership professional to join 10x Team as a freelance AI Trainer. You will work remotely, 8‑20 hours per week, helping to train and refine AI models that generate partnership‑focused recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI‑generated outputs related to strategic partnerships, alliance management, and negotiations.
• Assess the realism and effectiveness of AI‑powered recommendations for partner engagement, deal structuring, and ecosystem building.
• Develop case studies, example scenarios, and challenges drawn from your own partnership experience.
• Create variations on common business‑development situations, covering stakeholder alignment, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
• Identify inaccuracies, risks, or improvement areas in AI insights and provide structured, actionable feedback.
• Influence how AI systems understand and apply partnership, negotiation, and ecosystem strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management.
• Based in the EU or UK.
• In‑depth knowledge of partnership management, negotiation strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to deliver clear, actionable feedback.
• Available 8‑20 hours per week and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.
