Strategic Revenue & Growth Manager – Bangkok (relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is seeking a data‑driven leader to own and steer its global marketing investments. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will manage a worldwide P&L, bridge high‑level financial targets with day‑to‑day marketing execution, and drive long‑term profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Steward the marketing P&L, balancing short‑term volume with margin optimization.
• Define and execute Agoda’s global growth roadmap, spotting market opportunities and reacting to competitor moves.
• Orchestrate spend across performance, brand and meta channels for a cohesive global footprint.
• Own Lifetime Value (LTV) frameworks with data science, shifting acquisition toward high‑value customers.
• Lead forecasting and modeling to anticipate market shifts and adjust investments.
• Act as primary liaison between Marketing, Strategy, Product, Finance and Supply.
• Build and mentor a team of analysts, fostering experimentation and ownership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue management, forecasting, pricing or growth equity.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into business actions.
• Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
