Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

Toloka AI is building a Management Consulting domain to translate real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Strategy Consultant – AI Training you will work remotely to design realistic consulting project scenarios that help train next‑generation generative models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous information.
• Break down consulting engagements into discrete, AI‑compatible tasks such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks and golden‑answer solutions for each task to enable large‑scale LLM‑based assessment.
• Collaborate with the AI‑training team to ensure the consulting content aligns with the overall reinforcement‑learning pipeline.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Familiarity with consulting deliverables such as financial models, market analyses, and strategic recommendations.
