Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help shape AI learning by creating realistic consulting project environments. This remote, project‑based position focuses on designing structured tasks and evaluation frameworks that enable large language models to learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed consulting project scenarios that reflect real‑world engagement dynamics, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Define grading criteria, quality standards, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based evaluation system.
• Collaborate with the AI and data generation teams to ensure tasks are aligned with model training objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical work plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesising findings from messy inputs.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines and uncertainty.
