Strategy Consultant & Project Manager

About the role

The boutique pharma strategy consultancy is seeking a Strategy Consultant & Project Manager to support client projects and help grow the business. The position is fully remote, based in Germany, and offers direct client exposure in a collaborative, intellectually rigorous environment.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and coordinate client projects, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct market, competitor and stakeholder research, synthesising large data sets into clear insights.
• Develop strategic narratives, positioning options and recommendations.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations and workshop materials.
• Support and eventually facilitate cross‑functional strategy workshops.
• Contribute to proposals, pitch decks and client presentations.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with pipeline visibility.
• Develop and maintain templates, tools and best‑practice approaches.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability with experience handling complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Comfort with ambiguity and skill in structuring and prioritising work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, accountable and able to work autonomously.
• Background in consulting, strategy, pharma, biotech or related fields.
