About the role

Tacto is scaling its AI‑driven procurement platform across the DACH region and needs a leader to create new, compounding growth engines that go beyond linear headcount scaling. You will design and launch growth loops, product‑led acquisition wedges, and technical SEO/AI‑search capabilities that become self‑sustaining businesses within Tacto.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build the next high‑leverage growth loop (e.g., supplier referrals, community effects, embedded workflows).
• Own organic acquisition by creating a technical SEO and AI‑search engine that turns procurement queries into a scalable pipeline.
• Conceptualize and ship product‑led wedges that acquire users without proportional sales effort.
• Bridge product and revenue by iterating from whiteboard to prototype, validation, and scale, killing ineffective ideas quickly.

Required profile

• Proven experience building something from zero at a VC‑backed startup, as a founder, or in a high‑growth environment.
• Aspiring founder mindset – we’d back you if you started your own company.
• Extreme ownership: you set the roadmap and execute without waiting for permission.
• Ego‑free overachiever who lifts the performance of those around you.
• Fluent in German and English.
