Student Human Resources Assistant (10-20 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated student to support our HR team in digitalising and optimising HR processes across the employee lifecycle. The role is part‑time (10‑20 hours per week) and can be based at one of our German locations (Stadtroda, Gilching, Ahrensburg or Konstanz).

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the digital transformation of onboarding, change and off‑boarding procedures.
• Implement digital workflows and document/form processes in day‑to‑day HR activities.
• Maintain and clean data in the HR information system and help roll‑out new HR tools.
• Support recruitment and applicant management by creating templates, automating workflows and generating reports.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a degree programme in economics, business administration or a related field with a focus on human resources.
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts and a strong interest in digital HR solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Goal‑oriented, independent and trustworthy when handling confidential data.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
