Studio Assistant

About the role

As a Studio Assistant you will be the front‑line host for our riders, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment while supporting daily studio operations. You will help maintain high hospitality standards and contribute to building Rocycle’s vibrant community.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for riders, answering questions and providing assistance.
• Maintain hospitality and service quality to the highest standard.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Oversee daily and monthly operational, sales, and administrative tasks.
• Provide leadership, feedback, and support to team members.
• Participate in quarterly meetings and group trainings, and handle basic maintenance issues.

Required profile

• A genuine love for sports, the Rocycle brand, and hospitality.
• Team‑oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work hands‑on, valuing cleanliness and tidiness.
• Proactive, creative mindset with ideas for improvement.
• Flexibility to work within studio opening hours and availability for at least two shifts per week.
