Supply Chain Analyst – Germany

About the role

Wolt is expanding its Wolt Market grocery concept across Germany and needs a Supply Chain Analyst to keep its dark‑store network stocked and efficient. You will work behind the scenes, using data to ensure the right products are available at the right time while minimizing waste.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse inventory levels, stock availability and replenishment across German dark stores.
• Build and maintain demand forecasts to guide ordering decisions in collaboration with store teams and category managers.
• Identify and resolve supply‑chain bottlenecks, from supplier delays to warehouse capacity constraints.
• Develop reports and dashboards that surface key KPIs such as stock‑outs, waste and on‑time delivery.
• Share insights with operations, category management and central supply‑chain teams to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, retail operations or a similar analytical role, preferably in grocery, e‑commerce or quick‑commerce.
• Strong data‑driven problem‑solving mindset with the ability to turn numbers into clear recommendations.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP platforms (nice to have).
