Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support our German operations. In this full‑time position you will use data analysis to monitor inventory, optimise logistics processes and drive cost‑saving initiatives across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse supply‑chain data to spot trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Provide data‑driven insights to procurement, logistics and warehouse teams.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare regular operational reports.
• Identify cost‑saving measures while maintaining product quality and service levels.
• Support supplier performance management and delivery schedule monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy in supply‑chain systems and databases.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement and process‑optimisation projects.
• Prepare documentation, reports and presentations for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in supply‑chain, logistics, procurement or operations analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good command of English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar data‑visualisation and query tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
