Supply Chain Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an SCM Specialist to manage end‑to‑end supply chain processes for our European business, ensuring smooth purchasing, logistics and customer delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Overall supply chain management from purchasing to end‑customer supply.
• Coordinate inventory levels, purchasing, delivery order processing and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Support and monitor compliance with warehousing and logistics service contracts.
• Manage the complete transportation chain and related logistics processes.
• Monitor, review and process logistics‑related costs.
• Conduct monthly stock analysis, inventory management and on‑site stock investigations.
• Handle customer service, complaint management and monthly inventory closing with invoicing.
• Maintain close communication with sales, customers and logistics partners.
• Perform customer balance confirmation, account verification and sales/accounting administration.
• Oversee customs clearance, duty management and purchase order processing.
• Track supplier contracts, verify and enter supplier invoices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with PC and standard software (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of SAP (ERP) system preferred.
• Business fluency in English required; German language skills are a plus.
