Supply Chain Planner – Global Supply Chain (24‑month contract)

About the role

As a Supply Chain Planner you will manage the supply chain activities for multiple brands within Merz Aesthetics' product portfolio. You will determine monthly supply requirements by material and customer, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. The position is initially limited to a 24‑month fixed‑term assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Determine required supply by month, material, and customer to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to provide tactical outlook based on KPIs.
• Support strategic decisions for future supply network planning.
• Assist new product introductions (NPI) with all required supply chain activities.
• Maintain master data in SAP, Business Warehouse, and ANAPLAN.
• Manage inventory across the supply chain stages and coordinate closely with production sites.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimise cycle times, planning procedures, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in demand or supply planning, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented working style.
• Fluent in English; German and French are advantageous.
• High customer and business orientation with a hands‑on, team‑oriented mindset.
