Supply Chain Planning – Business Partner

About the role

Joybuy is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Supply Chain Planning professional to act as a Business Partner for its complex, cross‑border supply chain. You will work closely with multiple internal teams and overseas business units to ensure optimal inventory levels, accurate demand forecasts, and efficient fulfillment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct rolling demand forecasts using sales and order data, generate S&OP plans, and monitor key metrics such as in‑stock rate, turnover, and fulfillment rate.
• Prepare advance stocking plans for peak periods (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday) to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
• Monitor and improve end‑to‑end order fulfillment performance across 1P and 3P carriers.
• Serve as the primary business partner between supply‑chain functions and overseas local teams, translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Plan and continuously optimise overseas warehousing, transportation, distribution and fulfillment operations.
• Coordinate capacity planning, warehouse receiving and fulfillment capabilities with logistics operations.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, sales and merchandising teams on cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in demand forecasting, inventory management and supply‑chain optimisation.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and geographies.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑oriented attitude.
