Supply Planner – Production Scheduling & Materials Management

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Planner who will turn demand forecasts into efficient production schedules, ensuring that capacity, raw material supply and delivery commitments are aligned. You will work closely with purchasing, operations and other stakeholders to keep materials ready, production flowing smoothly and customers satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules that optimise resource utilisation and meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning and Purchasing to guarantee timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Align production capacity with operational constraints, adjusting schedules dynamically to avoid bottlenecks.
• Monitor production performance against plan, identify variances and implement corrective actions.
• Interface with operations, purchasing and marketing teams to synchronise timelines and expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in supply planning, production scheduling or materials planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Background in FMCG, preferably supplements, cosmetics or wellness.
• Proven ability to translate plans into efficient production flows while balancing capacity and material constraints.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle.
• Experience using Tableau and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
