SVP Customer Success – Ad Tech (Germany)

About the role

The Senior Vice President of Customer Success will shape and scale the post‑sales organization for a fast‑growing ad‑tech company operating in Germany. Reporting to the executive team, you will drive revenue expansion, retention and operational excellence across a global publisher portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end Customer Success function with a focus on growth, retention and service excellence.
• Own expansion strategy, driving upsell and cross‑sell initiatives that increase publisher revenue.
• Partner with technical and yield teams to design scalable optimization strategies for programmatic channels.
• Establish proactive churn‑prevention frameworks and intervene early on at‑risk accounts.
• Act as the final escalation point for complex publisher issues, providing technical depth and executive presence.
• Define operational standards, team structures and cross‑functional alignment with engineering, product, onboarding and support.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of senior leadership experience in customer success or post‑sales within ad‑tech or similarly complex technical ecosystems.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of revenue expansion and retention.
• Deep understanding of programmatic advertising concepts and the ability to influence enterprise publisher relationships.
