Talent Acquisition Intern – Join AI Procurement Team

About the role

Help us build the team behind the AI workforce for procurement. At Lio we develop AI agents that automate mission‑critical procurement workflows for large enterprises. Following a $30M Series A round we are scaling fast and need exceptional talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source top talent across technical and commercial roles using LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines for our most critical positions.
• Create personalized outreach and engage high‑potential candidates.
• Screen candidates and increasingly take ownership of first interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand profiles and develop effective search strategies.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and help improve our sourcing and hiring processes.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Excited about recruiting, startups and technology.
• Proactive, structured and comfortable taking ownership.
• Enjoy researching people and quickly understand what makes a strong profile.
• Communicate confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Previous experience in recruiting, sales, consulting or a startup is a plus, but not required.
