Talent Acquisition Partner – Build AI Procurement Team

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will shape Lio’s growing AI‑driven procurement business by owning end‑to‑end recruiting for core verticals such as Engineering, AI Implementation and Go‑to‑Market. Working closely with the founders and leadership team in Munich, you will help build the international team that will define the next stage of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, AI, product and commercial talent across Munich and the U.S.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, challenge assumptions and design effective search strategies.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, building diverse pipelines for current and future needs.
• Guide hiring managers through the selection process, using data‑driven metrics to improve speed and quality.
• Manage candidate experience from outreach to offer negotiation and closure.
• Track recruiting metrics, refine interview scorecards and continuously improve sourcing workflows.

Required profile

• Several years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑growing tech startup or agency.
• Proven track record hiring for technical and commercial functions, with senior or leadership searches a strong plus.
• Ability to source and engage exceptional passive talent.
• Trusted partner to senior hiring managers, comfortable challenging and influencing decisions.
• Fluent in German and English.
