Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruiter for Space Industry

About the role

Rocket Factory Augsburg is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment for its engineering, commercial and business teams in Germany and the UK. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, build talent pipelines and help position RFA as an employer of choice in the New Space sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer management.
• Partner with department leaders to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Support workforce planning and future resource forecasting.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Xing, industry events and unconventional channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding initiatives.
• Represent RFA at job fairs, industry events and university outreach.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Engineering Management or related field.
• 3‑4+ years of talent acquisition or workforce planning experience, preferably in aerospace.
• Strong advisory skills with engineering, commercial and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
