Talent Advisor (Recruitment Specialist)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Advisor to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑level specialist, engineering and leadership positions across Germany and the wider EMEA region. You will work within a collaborative recruitment team and partner closely with a dedicated sourcing group, allowing you to focus on stakeholder management, candidate experience and strategic matchmaking.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, providing market insights and tailored recruitment strategies.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, expert and leadership roles, from requirement gathering to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal sourcing experts to review talent pipelines and refine search approaches.
• Leverage data, recruitment technology and market intelligence to solve complex hiring needs and elevate recruitment to a strategic function.

Required profile

• Solid experience in talent acquisition for corporate, high‑level white‑collar or specialized technical, engineering and commercial roles within matrixed environments.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to advise senior business leaders.
• Self‑driven, proactive and comfortable working autonomously in a flexible setting.
