About the role

Peec AI is building the analytics platform that reveals brand visibility across AI‑driven search experiences. As Talent Lead, you will own the end‑to‑end recruiting function, driving hiring velocity and shaping a world‑class talent team for a fast‑growing Series A startup.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing to offer, while scaling a high‑performing Talent function.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to accelerate hiring, remove bottlenecks, and ensure timely decisions.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies that go beyond traditional LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Plan and run employer‑branding and recruiting events that attract top talent.
• Lead by example, handling critical or overflow searches personally when needed.
• Develop repeatable processes, set TA strategy, and mentor the growing recruiting team.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling talent acquisition in a high‑growth tech environment (sub‑50 to 150+ employees).
• Exceptional creative sourcing ability, capable of identifying the top 1 % of candidates.
• Track record designing fast, structured hiring processes and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with modern recruiting stacks (e.g., Ashby, Metaview, Juicebox).
• Bonus: background in a top‑tier recruiting agency, employer‑branding events, or building a recruiting function from scratch.
