Tax Associate Global Mobility

About the role

Vialto Partners is seeking a Tax Associate specialized in Global Mobility to support internationally mobile employees and corporate clients. You will work within a global network of tax experts, helping clients navigate complex cross‑border tax, payroll, and compliance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for globally mobile employees.
• Provide tax advice on assignment structures and double tax treaties.
• Analyze compensation and payroll data to calculate tax liabilities.
• Advise employees on international tax obligations and tax equalisation policies.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, delivering regular updates and high‑quality service.
• Support financial management of engagements, including invoicing.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and new business prospects within the existing client base.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in International Tax or Global Mobility.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong client orientation and analytical abilities.
• Ability to clearly explain complex tax issues.
• Team spirit and willingness to work in a global environment.
