About the role

We are seeking a qualified German tax advisor (Steuerberater) to provide ongoing tax and accounting support for our founder and company. The partnership will begin with a specific consultation on international board remuneration from an Estonian entity and evolve into a long‑term collaboration.

Key responsibilities

Advise on German tax compliance for international income streams.
Assist freelancers with registration and communication with the Finanzamt.
Prepare and submit VAT returns.
Prepare annual tax returns.
Provide continuous tax planning and accounting support.
Offer guidance on cross‑border tax matters involving Germany and Estonia.

Required profile

Licensed German Steuerberater or a qualified tax advisor.
Proven experience working with freelancers (Freiberufler).
Solid background in international taxation.
Familiarity with Germany‑Estonia cross‑border tax issues is a plus.
Fluent in German or English.

Required skills

German tax law expertise.
VAT filing.
Annual tax return preparation.
Cross‑border tax advisory.
