Tax Consultant – Tax Technology & Compliance

About the role

LucaNet AG is looking for a Tax Consultant to join its Tax Product Team. You will act as the technical authority on tax domains, translating complex regulatory requirements into product features that help customers automate compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and optimisation of tax compliance solutions for complex client projects.
• Convert tax regulations and changes into actionable product requirements and enhancements.
• Analyse tax workflows to identify optimisation opportunities for customers and the platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to shape the product roadmap.
• Participate in sprint reviews, technical architecture discussions and product demonstrations.
• Support continuous improvement of tax features and evaluate AI‑driven automation tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years in tax consulting, tax technology or tax compliance with strategic exposure.
• Deep expertise in at least one major tax domain (e.g., income tax, VAT, transfer pricing).
• Fluent German and English (C1 level or higher).
• Bachelor’s degree in tax law, accounting, finance or related field; tax advisor certification is a plus.
• Experience in a SaaS or modern software environment is advantageous.
