Tax Manager

About the role

Sailun Group, a global leader in tire development and manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead its international tax function. The role involves ensuring global tax compliance, providing strategic tax advice, and supporting the company’s growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach the international tax team to maintain group-wide tax compliance.
• Report tax matters of overseas subsidiaries to the Tax Director regularly.
• Assist the Tax Director and local agents in preparing Pillar 2 documentation and adjustments.
• Independently resolve tax issues and advise business teams on transaction structures.
• Manage transfer‑pricing compliance, including preparation of TPD, local files, IIR and QDMTT filings.
• Respond promptly to ad‑hoc tax inquiries from business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Tax.
• Minimum 5 years of international tax experience, preferably with Big 4 or manufacturing background.
• In‑depth knowledge of tax regulations in major European countries, at least Germany and the Netherlands; additional knowledge of the UK, Belgium, Italy and Spain is highly valued.
• Fluent English for daily business communication.
