Team Lead Mobile (m/f/d)

About the role

As Team Lead Mobile you will head Westwing's Mobile team, delivering beautifully designed iOS and Android applications. Based in Munich on a permanent contract, you will own the development of new features, mentor engineers and continuously optimise workflows to meet evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to translate product strategy into high‑quality mobile experiences.
• Mentor mobile engineers, supporting their professional growth and career development.
• Plan, scope and oversee delivery of engineering work, ensuring commitments are met and stakeholder collaboration is effective.
• Continuously refine team processes and workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a mobile‑app development team with a strong mentoring track record.
• Deep knowledge of mobile architecture, design patterns and product‑driven engineering.
• Strong expertise in Swift, SwiftUI and the iOS ecosystem, plus solid understanding of Android development with Kotlin.
• Experience integrating Agentic AI into engineering workflows to accelerate development.
• Fluency in English.
