About the role

Tanso Technologies is seeking a dynamic Team Lead People & Recruiting to own the full spectrum of the people function. You will translate business strategy into scalable HR initiatives, drive talent acquisition, and shape a high‑performing culture across a fast‑growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Tanso’s business strategy into workforce planning, organizational design, role architecture, and career frameworks.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, including hiring plans, AI‑supported recruiting processes, and employer branding.
• Define and evolve total rewards strategy, covering compensation philosophy, salary benchmarking, pay equity, and benefits.
• Continuously improve performance and development frameworks, manager enablement, and learning programs.
• Own People Operations and HR systems, ensuring data reliability, seamless employee experiences, payroll accuracy, and compliance.
• Establish a data‑driven people function with key metrics, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Strengthen culture and employee value proposition, fostering a values‑led environment.
• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing People & Recruiting team while partnering with senior leaders.

Required profile

• Proven track record translating business strategy into scalable people initiatives.
• Successful experience leading end‑to‑end hiring and building high‑performing organizations.
• Hands‑on expertise implementing scalable HR processes, automation, and AI‑enabled tools.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders, coach managers, and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in both German and English.
