Team Lead Quality Management

About the role

We are seeking a Team Lead Quality Management to drive and enhance our quality systems at a leading precision medical implant manufacturer in Pforzheim. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead a dedicated quality team.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and review regulatory and customer‑specific quality requirements (ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820).
• Support management reviews and coordinate complaints and CAPA processes, including reporting and effectiveness checks.
• Lead weekly quality meetings and manage the internal and external audit program (1st, 2nd & 3rd party).
• Plan and conduct system, process, and product audits.
• Create, review, and deliver training on quality management documentation with department heads.
• Develop team qualification matrices and resolve quality issues.

Required profile

• Degree in business or engineering, or vocational training with further qualification (e.g., Technician, Business Administrator).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management/Quality Assurance.
• Solid knowledge of statistical methods and good English communication skills.
• Leadership experience with a structured, systemic working style and strong assertiveness.
