Team Lead Sales Development Representative – AI & Greentech

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives for the English, Italian, French, and German markets.
• Coach and mentor the team through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Own and drive pipeline generation targets, ensuring monthly and quarterly quotas are met.
• Cultivate a high‑performance outbound culture focused on cold‑calling pre‑qualified and unqualified leads.
• Act as a player‑coach, joining calls during peak times to demonstrate best‑in‑class prospecting.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure seamless lead handoffs and alignment on Ideal Customer Profiles.

Required profile

• 1+ years of hands‑on outbound sales and cold‑calling experience.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience managing sales teams.
• Passion for fast‑paced environments and the SMB sales landscape.
• Proactive, flexible, and resilient in rapidly changing settings.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with C2 proficiency in German, Italian, or French.
