Team Leader, Onshore Quality Supervisors

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to manage our Onshore Quality Supervisors. You will guide a motivated group of 22 specialists, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and performance across our wind projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 22 Quality Supervisors.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align quality objectives.
• Build strong relationships through effective communication and networking.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, create development plans and motivate the team.
• Contribute to service strategy, process optimisation and overall site performance.
• Plan, organise and participate in meetings, workshops and events.
• Promote continuous improvement and prepare the team for future operational needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
• Experience in the offshore/renewable sector preferred; wind industry background advantageous.
• Strong IT proficiency, including MS Office 365, MS Teams, SAP and basic conferencing tools.
• Fluent English communication skills.
