The Team Manager (TM) leads a Gucci boutique on the shop floor, driving store performance and exceeding sales targets. This dynamic leader combines strong retail expertise with a passion for client service, acting as a brand ambassador and fostering a high‑performing team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a positive, professional environment, providing coaching, feedback and performance conversations to client advisors.
• Lead client‑engagement initiatives, ensuring superior hospitality and long‑lasting relationships.
• Monitor category performance, propose action plans, and collaborate with merchandising and visual‑merchandising teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, support recruitment, onboarding and employee‑relations matters.
• Maintain full product knowledge within the team through training and market trend awareness.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both team members and clients.
• Ability to drive results while fostering a collaborative, trust‑based team culture.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
