Teamlead SEO – Lead Organic Growth

About the role

Bonial is looking for an experienced Teamlead SEO to head its organic growth across its web platforms (kaufda.de, meinprospekt.de, bonial.fr). You will guide a dedicated SEO team, shape the SEO strategy and work closely with product, engineering, data and editorial teams to boost visibility and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SEO team day‑to‑day, set priorities, provide feedback and foster measurable impact.
• Define, prioritize and execute the SEO roadmap across all web properties.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Editorial to implement scalable SEO improvements.
• Optimize key page types and explore new organic growth opportunities in AI‑driven search environments.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO challenges such as crawling, indexing, rendering, internal linking, site architecture and structured data.
• Monitor performance, run experiments, analyse results and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with search trends, Google algorithm updates and market developments to keep the strategy future‑proof.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably on large‑scale websites with millions of URLs.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring SEO specialists or coordinating SEO work across teams.
• Strong ability to motivate, empower and create a culture of ownership within the team.
