Technical Account Manager (France)

About the role

voize is looking for a founding Technical Account Manager to lead the launch of its AI companion platform in France. You will be the single technical point of contact for French customers, guiding them from implementation through ongoing support and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical planning, setup, and rollout for new French customers, from scoping to go‑live.
• Provide inbound technical support in French, triaging, troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating requests within agreed response times.
• Diagnose complex issues across the app, backend services, customer‑side IT (networks, devices, MDM), and system integrations while keeping customers informed.
• Build the French technical playbook, including documentation, escalation paths, response standards, and recurring‑issue tracking.
• Act as the technical voice of French customers, feeding recurring blockers back to Product, Support, and Solution Engineering.
• Collaborate with EU teams to define clear escalation processes and reduce ad‑hoc dependencies.
• Identify common technical blockers in the French market and translate findings into improved processes and product feedback.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in technical support or solution engineering, preferably in SaaS or AI‑driven products.
• Ability to work independently as a “Swiss‑army‑knife” and create repeatable processes.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and comfort handling ambiguous technical issues.
