Technical Program Manager – Robotics Deployment

About the role

RobCo is building autonomous industrial robotics and needs a Technical Program Manager to lead multiple robot deployment programs. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, shape governance structures and work closely with C‑level stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own several strategic robotics deployment programs from pre‑sales to operational handover.
• Develop governance frameworks, reporting standards and scalable delivery processes.
• Act as a sparring partner to executives, providing transparent progress, risk and impact updates.
• Oversee technical integration, budgets, margins and resource planning to ensure financial success.
• Identify systemic risks early, drive preventive actions and manage escalations.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• Technical university degree (Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing complex technical programs in robotics, automation or hardware‑software integration.
• Proven ability to build scalable project structures in high‑growth environments.
• Strong systems understanding of mechatronic or cyber‑physical systems.
