Technical Program Manager - Vehicle OS

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead program management for high‑priority automotive engagements from its Stuttgart hub. The role combines deep technical credibility with direct customer ownership, building structure from scratch in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define milestones, own timelines and deliverables, and manage sprint and roadmap execution for software development teams through series production.
• Manage Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 supplier relationships, holding partners accountable to schedule and quality commitments.
• Serve as the primary contact for EMEA OEM customers, translating requirements into tracked engineering work and providing regular updates.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, align technical roadmaps, unblock cross‑team dependencies, and support international roll‑outs.
• Drive issues to closure by leading problem‑solving and decision‑making across teams and sites.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical program management or engineering experience in the automotive industry, preferably with hands‑on experience at an OEM or Tier‑1 supplier.
• Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and holding partners to schedule and quality commitments.
• Strong customer‑facing presence, comfortable representing the company directly with OEMs and partners.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requests into concrete, trackable work and to communicate progress clearly.
