Technical Quality Engineer

About the role

The Technical Quality Engineer supports technical assistance, warranty operations and product‑quality activities across Geely’s dealer network. Working closely with dealers and headquarters, the role ensures compliance with after‑sales standards, resolves technical issues and prepares the service organisation for new model launches.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to dealers for complex repair and diagnostic cases and ensure implementation of Geely technical standards, repair procedures and service bulletins.
• Escalate technical issues to the Regional Service Center, monitor cases and drive continuous improvement of dealer technical capability.
• Support warranty policy implementation, assist dealers with claim handling, monitor warranty performance and contribute to audits and corrective actions.
• Deliver technical and warranty training for after‑sales teams and act as the technical focal point for new‑model launches, including service documentation, special‑tool preparation and on‑site support.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive technical support, warranty or quality within an OEM, importer or authorized dealer network.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in German and English and willing to travel frequently.
