Technical Sales / Business Development Manager – DACH (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sales / Business Development Manager to lead growth across the German‑speaking DACH market. The role combines proactive new‑business hunting with the management of existing strategic accounts, delivering tailored motion‑control and spring‑based solutions. You will work remotely while travelling regularly throughout Germany and occasionally to other European locations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and secure new business opportunities in Germany and the wider DACH region.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers to ensure sustainable revenue.
• Promote a broad portfolio of motion‑control and spring‑based products to meet diverse industrial needs.
• Manage sales pipeline, pricing, forecasting and margin performance within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to create strategic account plans and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors and customer trends to shape commercial strategy.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Senior B2B sales experience in technical or industrial environments.
• Proven track record of winning new business and developing strategic accounts.
• Data‑driven, strong analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Highly self‑motivated, commercially focused and willing to travel regularly.
