Technician – Medical Device Production

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technician to support the development and approval of innovative medical devices at B. Braun Miethke in Potsdam. You will work in a dynamic, international team, ensuring high‑quality production in cleanroom environments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and document verification tests and production control tests.
• Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment and production machinery.
• Participate in the implementation of new production processes, including cleanroom operations.
• Monitor equipment to guarantee the highest quality standards.
• Commission production equipment and integrate new technologies into daily manufacturing.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a technician, physics laboratory assistant, or comparable technical qualification.
• Experience preparing and documenting technical measurement reports.
• Practical experience in cleanroom conditions and a strong commitment to precision (preferred).
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety and accident prevention (preferred).
• Good verbal communication skills in German and English.
