Telemedicine Physician – Primary & Transgender Care (Remote, Germany)

About the role

Transtoyou is launching an international medical network and seeks a German‑registered physician to deliver primary care and gender‑affirming services via telemedicine. The role is fully remote, allowing you to schedule consultations around your existing commitments while contributing to accessible digital healthcare across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct video consultations and asynchronous assessments through a secure telehealth platform.
• Review patient questionnaires, medical histories, and laboratory results.
• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of primary‑care conditions.
• Provide evidence‑based guidance and hormone therapy for patients seeking gender‑affirming care.
• Document clinical decisions in line with regulatory standards and best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• Valid German Approbation or equivalent authorization to practice medicine in Germany.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, urgent care, or a comparable setting.
• Demonstrated experience in transgender or gender‑affirming healthcare.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a digital environment.
