Teleoperation Trainer – Training & QA for Robotics

About the role

We are looking for a Teleoperation Trainer to bridge our operations and engineering teams, train teleoperation operators, and ensure high‑quality data collection for our robotics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and train new teleoperation operators, establishing standards for task execution, data quality, and reporting.
• Monitor and evaluate operator performance and data quality across projects, maintaining QA processes and documentation.
• Act as the bridge between operations and engineering, conveying operator feedback and translating engineering guidance into practical instructions.
• Maintain direct proficiency with robotic teleoperation interfaces (VR, joystick, control rigs) and support data collection pipelines.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in training, QA, operations coordination, or a technical environment.
• Background in a structured, process‑driven or fast‑paced operational setting.

Required skills

• Strong communication and documentation abilities to convey technical concepts.
• Ability to assess quality rigorously and coach others toward consistency.
• Comfort with digital tools, interfaces, and data‑driven workflows.
