Territory Sales Manager

About the role

Reporting to the German Commercial Leader, the Territory Sales Manager will drive all commercial activities for OrthoPediatrics within an assigned region. The role focuses on generating leads, educating the pediatric medical community, and closing sales of advanced surgical implants and medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan aligned with company goals for the territory.
• Generate qualified leads through referrals, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
• Provide technical product presentations and support during surgeries, answering questions and training staff on instrument use.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, proposals, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term account growth.
• Identify and capture market share from larger competitors through consultative selling.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or related fields.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the company’s mission of helping children.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and confidence in client interactions.
• Ability to develop and follow a structured business plan.

Required skills

• Technical selling and product knowledge of surgical implants.
• Understanding of pediatric surgical procedures and instrument assembly.
