Test Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Test Technician to support the set‑up, execution and validation of electrical and functional tests on aerospace‑related hardware. The role combines hands‑on wiring, equipment building and detailed test documentation in a dynamic production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and provide missing tools and equipment required for electrical and harness testing activities.
• Build electrical support equipment and data‑acquisition systems, and perform wiring, stripping, crimping and connector tasks.
• Assist in writing and maintaining test procedures that validate and qualify electrical subsystems.
• Execute electrical and functional test operations, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve anomalies encountered during integration and testing phases.

Required profile

• Electrical or Physics technician degree (or bachelor) obtained after high school.
• Hands‑on mindset with a focus on accurate work using electrical test instruments.
• 2‑3 years of experience in aerospace vehicle assembly, harness manufacturing or automation systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, current probes, breakout boxes and spectrum analysers.
• Building and configuring data‑acquisition hardware.
• Wiring, stripping, crimping and connector assembly.
• Programming or configuring PLCs, DAQ systems and National Instruments (NI) environments.
